Our muse for this exhibit is the human brain, the complex and mysterious organ that directs our thoughts, behavior, and all aspects of our lives. Drawing on curiosity, personal experience, scientific references, and artistic experimentation, we created a series of artworks, each in our unique visual style. Using a variety of materials and perspectives, we’ve brought to life the insights, projections, and memories that express what we find most intriguing and beautiful about the brain.

“The brain is a world consisting of a number of unexplored continents and great stretches of unknown territory.”

“Every man if he so desires becomes sculptor of his own brain.”

“As long as our brain is a mystery, the universe, the reflection of the structure of the brain, will also be a mystery.”

– Santiago Ramon y Cajal — (1852-1934) Spanish neuroscientist, artist and Nobel prize winner.
